Orlando police are trying to determine what caused a crash between a semi-tractor trailer and LYNX bus on Hughey Avenue and Amelia Street.
The crash occurred around 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday.
Police said 12 persons were transported to a local area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The roadways, which were closed for a few hours, have now been reopened, OPD said.
The crash remains under investigation.
