Orlando Police detectives said that a man was shot and killed in an early morning shooting in the 7-11 parking lot on L B Mcleod Road in Orlando. The victim was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
According to OPD:
Police responded on Monday, August 16, around 1:00 am to a shooting at the 7-11 Convenience Store parking lot at 5698 LB Mcleod. Upon arrival, patrol located a shooting victim who was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center.  The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Orlando Police have not released the name of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
Detectives are continuing with their investigation.
