Orlando police are investigating a crash between a motorcycle and a car that killed both drivers on Thursday morning.
The crash occurred just before 9:30 a.m. on Conroy Road and Hidden Beach Boulevard, police said.
Dean J. Burgess, 24, of Orlando, was driving a Honda motorcycle eastbound on Conroy Road, while Dimitri Alexander Crane, 33, was traveling northbound on Hidden Beach Boulevard, in a 2009 Saturn Vue.
Crane was attempting to turn left onto Conroy Road, when the front of the Burgess’ motorcycle impacted the driver’s door of the Saturn Vue.
Burgess was ejected from the motorcycle and landed inside the car, which rolled over as a result of the crash.
Both men died at the scene.
Burgess was not wearing a helmet. Crane was wearing a seatbelt.
Toxicology results are being awaited to determine whether alcohol or any other drugs played a role in the crash.
The crash is still under investigation, police said.
