Before jumpin into conclusions think of this 2 men lives in that apartment has anyone seen the other one? was this a domestic fight ? and the security officer happend to get a call to report to this apartment? were he probally encounter these 2 roommates trying to kill each other? and fell victim of one of them. the answer lies on the whereabouts of the other roommate. I doubt very much the security officer is a murderer it will turn out he try to help Efain from getting killed and and in doing his job became victim from the other roomate. the truth will be out.

The news is only reporting what they think, the police department do not share anything with them so this story is being read wrong believe me their is alot to this storiy that makes no sense at all. How sad is it to see people ripping at eachother when there has been so much loss. I ve known Kenneth since we were teens. My husband and I were roommates with him and his wife,long time friends. He didnt deserve to be taken so young. His wife and children are hurting,and I am sure the Rivera family is hurting as well. He was a good man and deserves respect. I think people are blaming a man who lost his life too. I was told Benjamin had a boyfriend who was wounded? So my question is if the security officer did it why the hell is he dead? Where is Benjamins boyfriend? Why would the security officer shoot a residence and then end up dead in front of the apartment. My theory benjamin boyfriend shot him and then shot the security officer then shot himself to commit suicide…Just saying!

it is a sad day for both family who lost someone they loved, we need to stop being judge and jurors with out having all the facts down. it just makes no sense for a security officer who has worked in this comunitiy to do something like this. yes both families are hurting and looking for answers. the best they can do is try to piece together what they really know about their own family member to see if there is something they might be missing, it is always the last thing you might think of that really happend. the news did reported that 2 men resided at this address, where is this other indivual was he out of town? or what the more I read up on this story it makes no sense of why this would happend and why are people pointing fingers to MR Watson he was also a victim for what I see. I don’t know Ken but by what I read e seemed like a great person. What happened at that apartment nobody knows but the two men that unfourtenely are dead the shooter and the Lord. I am a great friend of Efrain from high School and I do have to say that he was a great person, smart always had straight A’s always willing to help others he was even class president. He smile lighted up any room. I do hope that the police are able to close this case because there are hundreds of people wanting closure. I know I’m one of them. My heart goes out to Ken family. And I just wished that people ere did not blame the victims and just talked about the good times you had with them. My heart goes out to the Rivera Family for your lose, I am the father in-law of Ken so I feel your pain, Just like you we are suffering also. especially not knowing much of what really happend. my son-inlaw left behind a lovely wife and 3 beautiful Daughters that meant the world to him. Wow. Any updates on this case? Last I read from an online articlr was dated on sept 6. And it said Rivera was a victim of a home invasion and watson was the suspect.. So I guess Anonimous was right the whole time. Damn cant even trust the security people that are supposed to protect you from home invasions and such.
