UPDATE:
A man who barricaded himself earlier today in a house in the 1600 block, East Livingston Street and who came out around 1:50 pm, was fatally shot by police.  The SWAT Team engaged the suspect who came out with a gun that police had asked that he leave behind upon his exiting the building.
The name of the deceased is Palin Perez, 26 years.
Meanwhile all the other occupants in the house, children and Perez’s brother are physically okay. The Florida Department of Children and Families is assisting with the kids.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement is investigating the officer-shooting incident.

EARLIER TODAY
Orlando Police and the crisis negotiators are on the scene, this morning, November 25, where a person is barricaded in a house in the 1600 block, East Livingston Street.
Police believe that the subject inside the location is armed.  Some evacuations from the house have already taken place.
Working along with the police and crisis negotiators, SWAT and Emergency Response Teams are also on the scene.
