A Eustis man, accused of sexual battery and lewd and lascivious battery on a disabled person, is expected to face three additional counts of sexual battery, Eustis police said Wednesday.
Kenneth Mar Hagins, 40, is alleged to have sexually battered a 23-year-old adult male who lived in a group home for disabled adults, investigators said.
Police also say, Hagins was an employee at the group home which has since been closed, when the alleged sexual battery took place. The group home was managed by Sunrise Arc of Lake County.
Hagins, in a separate case, was recently charged with sexual battery and lewd and lascivious battery on a disabled person and is currently in the Lake County Jail on a $200,000 He faces three additional counts of sexual battery on the 23-year-old adult male.
Eustis police investigators are working closely with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Children and Families to determine if there are any other victims, a statement from the Eustis Police Department said.
