Police Asks for Public’s Help in Hunting Murder Suspects

Orlando police are hunting for two suspects in the murder of a man early on Monday morning on Givens Street.

18-year-old Demond L. Corbin, Jr., and 24-year-old Ben L. Dortch have active outstanding warrants for 1st Degree Murder, armed robbery with a firearm, and armed carjacking with a firearm.

Investigators believe that Corbin and Dortch carjacked, shot and killed 27-year-old Demetric Davis at 1301 Givens Street around 2:30 am, on Monday.

When police arrived at the scene, they found Davis fatally wounded.

Police would like the public’s help in locating Corbin and Dortch. If anyone has information regarding their current whereabouts, they should call the Orlando Police Department or  Crimeline at 407-423-TIPS and be eligible for a reward up to $5000.
