A fight broke out between the two females and Bouiye jumped in and began to punch the victim in the head.

An unknown person in the crowd tried to stop the fight, but Bouiye prevented him from doing so, police said.

At one point in the attack, the victim was unable to fight back and she was thrown to the ground. As the victim was on the ground, police said, Bouiye kicked her in the right side of her face. The kick was described as how a football player would kick the ball.

An unknown person near the crowd ran over and broke up the fight and as the police arrived, the crowd ran from the scene.

Police went to Bouiye’s residence where he and the 16 year-old juvenile were found and arrested without incident.

Bouiye was booked in the Polk County Jail on charges of Child Abuse and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.  The juvenile was charged with Battery and taken to the Polk County Juvenile Assessment Center.
