Two turbo-prop engine planes from Silver Airways ended up making contact and touching on the ramp at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) in South Florida.
According to reports, there were no passengers on the smaller aircraft at the time of the incident, and no injuries were reported. But passengers probably would like those planes checked out by authorities before boarding for a future flight.
In video after the incident, it appears a wing on one plane made contact with the tail of another Silver Airways plane.
“The incident occurred in an area not under air traffic control,” the Federal Aviation Administration said. “The FAA will investigate.”
