Pitney Bowes Employees to Build and Donate Bicycles to Support Florida Hospital Kids

Executives from Pitney Bowes Inc., a Fortune 500 company, are in Orlando this week for a series of meetings. However, during the meetings, they will take time to build children’s bicycles for our community, and then donate those bikes to Florida Hospital for Children, in support of the hospital’s Healthy 100 Kids Program.

Senior Pitney Bowes executives and employees of the Mail Services division will be building the bikes. The donation ceremony when the bikes will be presented to the children will take place at Florida Hospital on Thursday, December 6th at 11am.

The employees, who are in Orlando for a business meeting, will take time to build more than one dozen children’s bicycles, and then donate those bicycles to Florida Hospital for Children. The bicycles are in support of Florida Hospital for Children’s Healthy 100 Kids Program, which offers children, teens and families the chance to make substantial and permanent changes to their health and well-being. More information about the program is available a twww.healthy100kids.org.
