The next Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement District (PHNID) meeting will be Tuesday, November 5th  at 9:00am at Soiree Event and Conference Center. Soiree is located at 6394 Silver Star Rd Orlando, FL 32818.
At this meeting there will be a presentation about the Business Assistance for Neighborhood Corridors (BANC) Program. This program provides assistance to businesses located on Pine Hills Road between Colonial Drive and Silver Star Road for eligible regulatory, construction, permitting, and façade improvement costs.
The façade improvement grant provides funding to upgrade and improve the exterior of your business.
Attend this meeting to hear more about the BANC Program, the new design guidelines, and get an application. Your business must be located on Pine Hills Road between Colonial Drive and Silver Star Road to apply for the program.
