In one of the hottest County Commission races in recent memory, Pete Clarke edged out Lui Damiani, the darling of the establishment and business interests. Damiani had been appointed to the County Commission after Mildred Fernandez was removed and was seeking a return to the Commission.
With all precincts reporting, Pete Clarke currently leads Damiani by 49 votes. This one is likely headed to a recount.
