The Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando is asking local residents to consider adopting cats and dogs in a pitch to get them all “home for the pawlidays.”
Due to increased costs in everything from food to housing, Pet Alliance is seeing a decrease in local adoptions this holiday season. The local shelters in Orlando are near capacity.
“Now, more than ever, we need our community to open their homes to dogs and cats in need of a new loving family,” the Pet Alliance said.
You can adopt at one of the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando shelters around Central Florida. Or you can visit them at PetSmart locations in Lake Mary and Ocoee on Saturday, December 10th from 1pm to 3pm.
