Phil Welsh, owner of Paul Davis of the Space Coast and Paul Davis of Orlando, leading providers of fire, water and mold damage restoration services for residential and commercial properties, has announced top office employees who were awarded honors at the corporate franchise company’s annual conference in Amelia Island, Florida. Welsh and his family have owned the Paul Davis office in Melbourne since 2011 and purchased the Orlando office in late 2021.
Employees from the Space Coast office who won awards for lifetime earnings of $10 million in accumulated sales included Kelly Egbert and Chris Moeller. Also from the Space Coast office, Best of Best Restoration Project Manager winners included Ryan Bright and Terrence Glover, and Best of Best of Restoration Estimator winners included Kelly Egbert and Chris Moeller. From the Orlando office, Erika Diaz won as a Best of Best Project Manager and Jason Arnold won as a Best of Best Restoration Estimator. The individuals were recognized among the top 10 percent of restoration estimators and project managers in the North American franchise company.
Notably, Oyono “Howie” Savage, lead technician at the Space Coast office, received one of the newest honors presented to a Paul Davis employee as the Frontline Difference Maker™. Savage is the only Paul Davis employee in Florida to receive the recognition. He was awarded the accolade as a company leader who exemplifies the Paul Davis vision, mission and values including practicing the truth, having the courage and conviction to do the right and good thing when it matters most, and when others need it most. He is acknowledged for taking ownership in what he does and leading by example with a positive attitude.
