Detectives of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Squad (S.O.S.) have arrested a man and charged him with five counts of transmitting harmful material to a minor and one count of soliciting a minor for sex.
Investigators say that Mr. Kenneth Kleckner for the past month had an on-line relationship with who he thought was a juvenile female–and who was in reality an undercover detective. Kleckner engaged in Internet discussions, including soliciting sex with the alleged minor girl.
Mr. Kleckner is the pastor of the West Ocala United Methodist Church.
Kleckner was arrested and booked into the Marion County Jail.
