Paris Jackson’s Farewell to Dad, Leaves Few Dry Eyes

In Tuesday’s memorial service to Michael Jackson, scores of celebrities paid verbal and musical tributes to the greatest entertainer.

One such tribute came from Rev. Al Sharpton who spoke about the influence that Jackson had on American culture and the world over.

In a direct message to Jackson’s three children, Sharpton said that there was nothing strange about their Dad.  “What he had to deal with was strange, but he dealt with it anyway”, he said.

But perhaps the tribute that will most be remembered at Tuesday’s memorial service came from Jackson’s 11-year-old daughter, Paris. “Ever since I was born, Daddy has been the best father.  I just want to say I love him so much,” she said.

Sources said that following Paris’ farewell to her dad, there were very little dry eyes both inside and outside the Staples Center.
