A woman was arrested after a recent Orlando traffic stop found guns, drugs, and a hazmat suit with a respirator.
Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies were conducting patrols on South Orange Blossom Trail when they conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, deputies observed drug paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle.
According to OCSO, a probable cause search of the vehicle involved in the Central Florida traffic stop led to the discovery of the following:
- Springfield .45 caliber handgun
- FN 9mm handgun
- 56.2 grams of cocaine
- 75.9 grams of heroin
- 28.35 grams of fentanyl
- Hazmat suit with respirator
- Two cellphones
According to local law enforcement, the driver of the vehicle, 48-year-old Jacqueline Portalatingarcia, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Trafficking in 28 Grams or More of Fentanyl
- Trafficking in Cocaine Over 28 Grams with a Firearm
- Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Sell
- Possession of Heroin with Intent to Sell Within 1,000 Feet of a Place of Worship
- Possession of Heroin with Intent to Sell Within 1,000 Feet of a School
- Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell Within 1,000 Feet of a School
- Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell Within 1,000 Feet of a Place of Worship
- Trafficking in Heroin Over 38 Grams with a Weapon
“Great work by our deputies in getting these dangerous drugs and firearms off the street,” the Orange County Sheriff’s Office posted.
