Orlando Traffic Stop Finds Guns, Drugs, Hazmat Suit with Respirator

A woman was arrested after a recent Orlando traffic stop found guns, drugs, and a hazmat suit with a respirator.




Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies were conducting patrols on South Orange Blossom Trail when they conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, deputies observed drug paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle.

According to OCSO, a probable cause search of the vehicle involved in the Central Florida traffic stop led to the discovery of the following:

  • Springfield .45 caliber handgun
  • FN 9mm handgun
  • 56.2 grams of cocaine
  • 75.9 grams of heroin
  • 28.35 grams of fentanyl
  • Hazmat suit with respirator
  • Two cellphones

According to local law enforcement, the driver of the vehicle, 48-year-old Jacqueline Portalatingarcia, was arrested and charged with the following:



  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Trafficking in 28 Grams or More of Fentanyl
  • Trafficking in Cocaine Over 28 Grams with a Firearm
  • Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Sell
  • Possession of Heroin with Intent to Sell Within 1,000 Feet of a Place of Worship
  • Possession of Heroin with Intent to Sell Within 1,000 Feet of a School
  • Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell Within 1,000 Feet of a School
  • Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell Within 1,000 Feet of a Place of Worship
  • Trafficking in Heroin Over 38 Grams with a Weapon

“Great work by our deputies in getting these dangerous drugs and firearms off the street,” the Orange County Sheriff’s Office posted.
