Orlando Smoke Shop Busted for Selling Cannabis to Minors

The Orlando Police Department recently announced that Special Enforcement Division detectives received several complaints about the One Love Smoke Shop at 3219 Curry Ford Road selling cannabis to minors from local schools.

After an OPD investigation, a search warrant was conducted on the business which led to the discovery of 5 pounds of cannabis, 15 pounds of cannabis edibles/waxes, synthetic cannabis, and a stolen firearm, pictured here:




According to law enforcement, the owner of the store was arrested and charged with Sale of Cannabis within 1000 Feet of a School.

“Great work to our SED detectives,” OPD posted.

Under Mayor Buddy Dyer, local crime, guns, and drugs all remain problems around Orlando and downtown. Police remind all residents to remember, “See Something, Say Something” by calling Crimeline or 9-1-1.

You will be given a confidential tip code number. Tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs may be eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000. All tips eligible for a reward are paid to tipsters using an anonymous process. Remember, if you witness a crime in progress, you should call 911.
