A man who kidnapped a woman on Christmas Day in a Walgreens pharmacy parking lot, has been arrested.
Daniel M. Palomares, 23, was taken into custody Tuesday and faces kidnapping and other charges.
Palomares is accused of abducting a woman at the Walgreens pharmacy located at 4578 S. Kirkman Road, as she walked to her car in parking lot, around 3:00 p.m. on December 25.
The woman was ordered to drive to several locations and the suspect made her withdraw cash from an ATM. Palomares then told the woman to pull into the parking lot of the old Winn Dixie located on Colonial Drive and John Young Parkway. Â There, he exited the vehicle and fled across Colonial Drive.
The woman was not injured.
A composite sketch released shortly after the kidnapping, led investigators to identify Palomares and their man.
