UPDATE:
Orlando police said, Jamal Rodney has been located, safe and unharmed. He turned up at his grandparents home near Powers Drive and Hiawasse Road.
The investigation is ongoing.

Orlando police are searching for a 12-year-old missing boy, last seen in the 1300 block of Orange Avenue, across from the Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Jamal L. Rodney, was walking southbound on the sidewalk from a Red/Maroon SUV at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31.
According to police, Jamal has no known associates in the area.
Jamal is black, about 5’3″ to 5’4″, weighing about 130 pounds, with a low black haircut and brown eyes. He has a scar on his right hand palm. He was last seen wearing a blue pullover, over a black long sleeve shirt, black jacket, khaki pants, blue faded converse low sneakers.
Jamal was born on February 25, 1999.
