Orlando Police Bust Group Hosting Illegal Drug Pop-Up Parties

The Orlando Police Department busted a group hosting illegal drug pop-up parties and five people have been arrested.




On February 18, 2024, members of the OPD Special Enforcement Division in conjunction with Parramore Bikes, Patrol TAC and the SWAT team executed a search warrant at 7221 Curry Ford Road.

The search warrant was part of an ongoing drug investigation into an illegal drug “pop-up.” The investigation found that Encima Orlando Event Center had been hosting illegal narcotics distribution parties at their location, utilizing armed security guards with multiple guns to keep their sales private.

The search warrant yielded the following:

  • 11 Handguns
  • $9,000 in Proceeds from Criminal Activity
  • 335.18 Pounds of Cannabis
  • 132.15 Pounds of THC Products
  • 122.6 Pounds of Psilocybin

Kristianna Abbuhl, Kristian Hernandez, Jeremias Murphy-Perez, Julian Perez and Kristopher Santana are charged with Trafficking in Cannabis > 25 LBS With a Firearm, Possession of Psilocybin and Resisting an Officer Without Violence, according to OPD.
