The Orlando Police Department arrested a man in a recent Ivey Lane homicide.
On December 18th at approximately 4:14am, OPD officers responded to a reported suspicious incident at the Avalyn West Apartments on Ivey Lane in Orlando.
Upon arrival, they discovered a deceased male, later identified as Jerome Thomas.
On December 21st, an arrest warrant was executed for Carleton D. Sealey.
According to local law enforcement, he has been charged with First-Degree Murder with a Firearm, Home Invasion Robbery, Burglary of a Dwelling with Assault/Battery with a Firearm, and Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards exceeding $100.
Sealey was being held at the Orange County Jail.
