An Orlando man was arrested for his involvement in the armed robbery of a bank in Osceola County, deputies said.
Eliezer Gonzalez, 26, walked into the Bank of America (BOA) at 2000 E. Osceola Parkway on January 20, and handed a teller a note. Gonzales implied he had a weapon and demanded money, deputies said. Gonzales fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Gonzalez was booked into the Orange County Jail on an Orange County violation charge, but on Tuesday, investigators obtained a felony warrant for armed robbery and grand theft.
Deputies say, Gonzalez cooperated with detectives during armed robbery investigation.
On January 29, armed suspects attempted to rob and successfully robbed two Bank of America banks on Orange County’s west-side.
