An Orlando man is in jail for arranging online to meet with whom he thought was the guardian of a 13-year-old child for the purposes of having sex with the child, Lake County Sheriff’s deputies said.
Andrew Feliciano, 41, was arrested around 7:39 pm, without incident on Saturday, November 20.
Investigators said that Feliciano, of north Summerlin Avenue in Orlando, contacted detectives working undercover online and arranged to meet with someone whom he believed to be the guardian of a 13-year-old child for the purposes of having sex with the child. Feliciano traveled to U.S. Highway 411 and Eudora Road in Mount Dora where he was taken into custody without incident.
Feliciano’s bond has been set at $12,000. He has no criminal history in Lake County.
