Orlando Man Arrested for Stripping Naked in Front of Young Boy

An Orlando man is in jail after exposing himself to a young boy early this morning at a residence on Orange Blossom Trail, Orange County deputies said.

57-year-old Richard E. Pfaender has been charged with attempted sexual battery, lewd exhibition and burglary of an occupied dwelling.

According to the arrest affivavit, Pfaender struck up a conversation with the boy earlier in the day as he walked to his home on 39th Street and OBT.

Pfaender, who Orange County deputies said, was intoxicated, forced his way into the teen’s home around 12:15 am, stripped naked and exposed himself to the boy.

The boy was able to escape into the bathroom and for there, called the Sheriff’s Office. His father, who was not at home at the time of the incident, as he had gone to the store.

Deputies arrived on the scene and arrested Pfaender.

According to the arrest affidavit, Pfaender was belligerant, hostile and used profane language, once put into the patrol car.  He told deputies that he wanted to go to jail.

Pfaender was taken to the Orange County Jail and held without bond.  He is due to make his first court appearance at 1:00 on Thursday.
