Archbishop Allen Wiggins was honored last month by the Orlando Magic for his dedicated commitment in seeking equality for all.
On Friday, January 20th, he was recognized by the team and its Champions of the Community partner, Florida Blue, as one of the Magic’s Diversity Game Changers. The special distinction has become a staple of every home game where the Magic selects one local leader to spotlight their efforts around social justice.
Archbishop Wiggins is the senior pastor of The Hope Church and Hope Center West in Orlando. His passion and pursuits for change have resulted in the creation of affordable and attainable housing, economic development and enhanced educational offerings for inner-city children.
