Average retail gasoline prices in Orlando are edging closer toward $3.00, averaging $2.94/g yesterday. Nationwide, average prices increased 0.3 cents per gallon in the last week to $2.97/g, according to gasoline price website OrlandoGasPrices.com.
Including the change in gas prices in Orlando during the past week, prices yesterday were 32.3 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 12.8 cents per gallon higher than a month ago. The national average has increased 10.0 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 39.2 cents per gallon higher than this day one year ago.
