Orlando International Airport is now operating normally, after a small fire on Sunday caused several flight delays.
The fire broke out around 4:45 p.m., in one of the baggage belts in the “B” terminal near United, U.S. Air and Spirit Airlines.
According the OIA officials, the fire caused smoke and water damage and was confined to the second level baggage claim area, carousels 20-23.
Several flights were delayed, including seven United Airlines and three U.S. Air.
Officials couldn’t give a damage estimate nor identify the likely cause of the fire on Monday, but said, the investigation is continuing.
