The Orange County Property Appraiser’s office is accepting applications for all exemptions including Homestead, Limited Income Senior, Widow/Widowers, Disability and Military/Veterans through March 1st.

Property Appraiser Rick Singh would like to remind residents who purchased a home in 2012 and moved in prior to January 1, 2013, that they should apply by the March 1st deadline to be eligible for important tax benefit(s) in 2013.

“The exemption option is an important resource for residents of Orange County, especially those who find themselves on a fixed budget,” said Orange County Property Appraiser Singh.  “For many residents it means the difference between obtaining medications or other necessities and being able to hold on to their home.”

Residents can file in person, by mail or online at www.ocpafl.org. If you have any questions or need additional information, please visit or call (407) 836-5044 and a Customer Service Team member will assist.

The Orange County Property Appraiser is located at 200 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1700, Orlando, Florida 32801.
