The Hemlock Society of Florida is pleased to present a free panel discussion covering the latest information regarding end-of-life issues facing patients in Florida. The discussion will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 16th at the University Unitarian Church in Orlando. The church is located at located at 11648 McCulloch Road. The event is free and open to the public.
Topics to be discussed include choosing the time and place for a dignified death, end-of-life treatment and care options, legal issues regarding advance directives, engaging family members and how and when hospice can be of help.
