“Operation Zero Tolerance” Ends with 72 Arrests, 215 Citations

Osceola County deputies conducted ‘Operation Zero Tolerance’ which resulted in 72 arrests and 215 citations.

The operation was undertaken over a two-day period, March 8-9, and involved various branches of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. These included:
aggressive driving, aviation, communications, criminal investigations, economic crimes, evidence, forensics, tourist policing, motors, K-9 and narcotics enforcement, among others.

The goal of “Operation Zero Tolerance” was to reduce crime in these area, while gather valuable intelligence, deputies said.

It was the 22nd time the Sheriff’s Office conducted such a large-scale operation involving almost all aspects of the Sheriff’s Office.

To date, some 1,824 arrests and 5,476 citations have been issued.
