The last of 43 suspects in a large pill trafficking organization in the area of the Ocala National Forest, is now in custody, Marion County deputies said.
46-year-old Denise Diane Trzeciak, of Ocala was captured Thursday, at an adult store along Pine Avenue in Ocala, as she tried to hide in a bathroom, investigators said.
Trzeciak, who has been on the run since March 2012, was found with 78 Phentermine Hydrochloride pills and 91 Chlordiazepoxide Hydrochloride pills, which are illegal to possess without a prescription.
Dubbed “Operation Blue Forest,” the investigation, which spanned several months, netted 43 suspects who distributed and sold illegal prescription pills for $15 to $25 a pill.
Trzeciak has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug trafficking.
