An arrest warrant is out for David Padilla-Rivera, a Hispanic male, 30 years old.  Rivera late Tuesday evening was taken into custody. He was found hiding out in a closet in his mother’s residence.
Rivera followed a 16-year old female to Dunkin Donuts on May 17th at around 5.00 a.m. while she made a phone call. He continue to follow the juvenile to the Englewood Community Center where he attempted to sexually batter her.
A member of the Orlando Gang Unit was able to identify the image released from the Dunkin Donuts video.
Subsequently, the victim was able to identify the person in a photo lineup and an arrest warrant was obtained today.
David Padilla-Rivera will be charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, attempted sexual battery and battery.
