A man was shot and killed on Universal Boulevard early on Sunday morning, and Orlando police would like the public’s help in identifying the shooter.
An unoccupied car, riddled with bullet holes was found on the side of Universal Boulevard, south of International Boulevard, just after 2:30 a.m., police said.
Police also said, 26-year-old Terry Guerrier had been removed from the vehicle and transported to Dr. Phillips Hospital, by another vehicle in the area.
Guerrier succumbed to his injuries from the shooting.
OPD Homicide Unit and detectives from the Crime Scene Unit responded to the location and the hospital.
It is not clear whether or not the shooting was gang related.
The investigation is ongoing.
