WHAT:
To kick off breast cancer awareness month which begins in October, the Orlando Fire Department (OFD) is hosting the traveling PINK HEALS pink fire engine this Friday, September 17.
Firefighters in pink bunker gear will use this event to promote, educate and encourage those men, women and children who have been affected by cancer.
Central Florida Breast Cancer survivors are invited to attend and sign the pink fire engine.
Every Friday throughout the month of October, the Orlando Firefighters will wear pink shirts in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
