One year after Occupy Wall Street was born, dozens of protesters were arrested Monday in New York’s Financial District, as thousands assembled to commemorate the first anniversary of the movement.
Determined to show that their message is still relevant, protesters began assembling as early as 7:00 a.m., to make their way to Zuccotti Park, the birthplace of the movement, but were stopped by New York police.
