Nile Foundation and Istanbul Cultural Center Orlando will hold a Bake & Yard Sale in support of victims of Hurricane Sandy.
The Bake & Yard Sale will take place this Saturday, December 15, from 12 PM – 5 PM at Nile Foundation, located at 576 N. Semoran Blvd. Orlando, FL 32807. Traditional Turkish cuisine, coffee, tea, doner (Turkish Gyro sponsored by Cappadocia Turkish Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurant), and other homemade delicacies will be available for purchase. Children’s activities will also be provided, as well as cotton candy, lemonade, and other treats for kids.
“It’s been more than a month since Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast, leaving lots of damage in her path. Relief efforts are still needed to help those hit hard.”
All proceeds will go directly to relief efforts in New York and New Jersey through Helping Hands Relief Foundation (http://hhrelief.org/).
