Chef Eddie’s Restaurant owned and operated by Executive Chef Eddie James is located in the heart of Washington Shore’s Community at the old Queen Bee Restaurant. The establishment has been completely renovated with new seating, freshly painted, clean, and a relaxing environment to compliment the exquisite cooking and menu. Every dish is created using the freshest, finest ingredients, and the tasty menu offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices ranging from soulfood, seafood, ribs, and steaks.
Chef Eddie has worked in the restaurant business for 35 years, and trained at “The Culinary Institute of Florida” and started his career as a chef for Charlie’s Steak House in 1992. Chef Eddie infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for excellence and perfection. Once you taste and experience the perfectly cooked and seasoned entrees, and the delicious desserts, you will become a loyal patron.
Chef Eddie also does catering and he is willing to accommodate his guest for a festive event, or intimate evening where the customer rents out the entire restaurant. The restaurant can comfortably seat 75 and he can provide entertainment. Every Sunday from 2:30pm to 5:00pm, Chef Eddie has Live Jazz & Contemporary Gospel and a special discounted menu after church on Sunday.
Quality food in clean, attractive surroundings at a fair price is Chef Eddie’s goal for his restaurant. On his lunch menu, he has 12 lunch items for less than $6.00, and a children’s menu for $3.99. There is something at Chef Eddie Place for everyone and you will not be disappointed.
The restaurant is opened from Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00am to 8:30pm. Delivery is available for lunch for $15 orders and up.
