Motorcyclist Killed after Being Run Over by School Bus

A school bus driver in Orange County will likely face charges after he crossed into the direct path of a motorcyclist, killing him on the spot.

Troopers say, 53-year-old Timothy Lemaster, of St. Cloud was killed on Narcoosee Road when school bus driver, 65-year-old Jeffrey Evans ran over him, after crossing into his direct path.

Evans was at a stop sign eastbound on Weller Boulevard at the intersection of Narcoosee Road. He was attempting to turn left to travel north onto Narcoosee Road, when the crash occurred around 7:00 a.m., Wednesday.

Lemaster slammed into the left side of the school bus and was ejected off of the Harley Davidson motorcycle he was riding and run over, troopers say.

Lemaster was pronounced dead on the scene by the medical examiner.

A third vehicle, a pickup truck traveling southbound like Lemaster, also struck the left side of the school bus. The driver of the pickup, 27-year-old Isai Urbana-Del Andel, of Oviedo, was not injured.

It was not immediately clear whether any children were on the school bus at the time of the crash.

Troopers say the crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
