Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer broke ground today on Sky House Orlando, Â a major residential high-rise located at 90 East Livingston Street, Downtown Orlando and the first since the great recession.
A 23-story luxury high-rise apartment building, Sky House Orlando offers 8,300 square feet of ground floor retail space and an eight level parking garage.
The Sky House complex is located two blocks from LYNX Central Station near one of Downtown Orlando’s planned SunRail stops. Construction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2013.
