More Bloodshed: Two Thugs held in Gas Station Killing

Orlando police have arrested two suspects believed to be connected to the shooting death of a 23-year-old man, who was gunned down at an Orlando gas station last Friday.

The suspects are Cortez Hughes and Willie Underwood, both 24 year-old.

Curtis L. Walden, 23, was shot in the head at the Mobile gas station at 3000 West Colonial Drive near north John Young Parkway around 1:00 p.m. on May 18.  He was transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.

Homicide investigators, utilizing leads from witnesses, developed probable cause to arrest Hughes and Underwood.

Underwood has been charged with accessory after the fact to 2nd degree murder.

Hughes has been charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and other crimes.

Underwood and Hughes were shown off in a perp walk earlier Thursday behind the Orlando Police Department.

Both were booked into the Orange County Jail.
