Millennium Eye Center Gives Back to Local Students

After years of being supported by the community, Millennium Eye Center (MEC) is showing their support.  MEC will be giving away three desktop computers to local high school students.

“The community has supported Millennium Eye Center for four years and now it is time for Millennium Eye Center to give back,” Dr. Lauretta Justin said.

Students must write a two-page essay on their five year plan to be eligible for the giveaway. The deadline to submit the essay is December 15th at 5pm. Students may send essays to [email protected].

The top three essays will be awarded desktop computers on December 24th.

“Nothing is more precious than education and Millennium Eye Center wants to aid students in achieving their dreams.” Justin said.

Justin is the founder and owner of MEC.  She is the only black-owned and operated Optometric practice in Orlando, Florida.  Justin received her Doctor’s of Optometry degree from the prestigious New England College of Optometry, Boston, MA. She is Board Certified by the State of Florida for her knowledge of optometric theory and methods, specializing in primary optometry.
