The Florida Lottery recently announced that Armando Xiques-Abbadie, of Miami, claimed a $1,000 A Day For Life prize from the multi-state draw game Cash4Life.
The Miami-Dade County man chose to receive his Cash4Life winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $7,000,000.
The South Florida winner purchased his winning Cash4Life Quick Pick ticket from Publix, located at 9951 W. Flagler Street in Miami. The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Miami Cash4Life draw game ticket.
This popular multi-state draw game offers two lifetime prizes, with the chance to win $1,000 A Day For Life or $1,000 A Week For Life. The basic ticket price is $2 and the overall odds are 1:8.
Since joining the multi-state Cash4Life draw game in 2017, Florida has had more than 34 million winning tickets totaling more than $215.2 million in prizes. Additionally, the game has generated more than $199 million for education.
Florida is the ninth state to join CASH4LIFE®. Drawings are held daily at 9:00pm ET, at the New Jersey Lottery Headquarters studio.
