Panting and breathing heavily for much of his tirade, Mel Gibson verbally abuses his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, telling her that she makes his life so “f***ing difficult”.
Gibson accuses Grigorieva of treating him like sh*t and using him, even though he treated her with “every kindness, every consideration”, which he claims she rejected.
“I have been so f***ing good to you”, Gibson says. He rants that Grigorieva has no soul.
“I left my wife because we had no spiritual common ground”, Gibson said. “You and I have none. Zero. You won’t even f***ing try.”
Grigorieva expresses concern for their daughter and reminds Gibson that he almost killed them.
“You almost killed us, you forget”, Grigorieva could be heard saying.
According to Grigorieva she was hit by Gibson.
“You were hitting a woman with a child in her hands. You—what kind of man is that, hitting a woman when she’s holding a child in her hands, breaking her teeth, twice in the face. What kind of man is that?” Grigorieva says. The child being referred to more than likely is Grigorieva 9-month-old child, Lucia, which the couple have together.
Gibson seems to taunt Grigorieva by telling her that “You know what? You f***ing deserved it.”
Grigorieva tells Gibson he will answer for his mistreatment of her who perceives this as a threat, which she denies.

“What, what? What are you threatening me?”
“I’m not the one to threaten,” Grigorieva tells Gibson.
“I’ll put you in a f***ing rose garden, you c**t”, Gibson rants.
Grigorieva tells Gibson that he is unbalanced and that he needs medication.
“I need a woman. Not a f***ing little girl with a f***ing dysfunctional c**t. I don’t need medication. You need a bat to the side of the head,” he says to her.
Grigorieva tells Gibson that she will get a restraining order against him as she is fearful for her life and that of her daughter.
Gibson seems to mock her and tells Grigorieva to get a restraining order.
Meanwhile, investigators of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are looking into domestic abuse charges and are eager to get copies of the tapes.
