Mattamy Homes opened Rainwood, its newest community nestled in the scenic hills of Clermont in Central Florida.
Professionally designed model homes are now open in Rainwood, offering a look at different floorplan options, including both townhomes and single-family homes. Townhomes are priced from the upper $200s, with single-family homes starting in the upper $300s.
Upon full build-out in 2029, Rainwood will feature more than 400 homes, blending natural beauty with thoughtful urban design. The first move-in ready homes are expected as early as September 2025, with options for buyers to select a quick move-in home or build from the ground up.
