A man who fatally shot his estranged wife at the Dr. P. Phillips Community Park on Wednesday afternoon, was found dead today of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Orange County deputies said.
Rick Adderly, who went by the alias, Julian Paris, was found dead at Woodlawn Cemetery on Thursday night. Â Paris committed suicide, deputies said.
Paris, 54, shot and killed his estranged wife, Liza Nichole Adderly, 34, at the Dr. Phillips park after the two got into an argument. The couple had had an altercation earlier in the day.
Adderly was at the park with her three children to meet another family member for a play date when she was killed.
Witnesses told investigators that the couple’s three children were close by when the shooting happened and one of them called 911.
Since shooting his estranged wife yesterday, Paris had been on the run.
