On November 2, 2009 at approximately 7:20 p.m. deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to 7978 Sagebrush Place in reference shots that were fired.
Upon arrival detectives found Edwin Sanabria who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to Florida Hospital East where he was pronounced dead.
Witnesses on the scene say Sanabria may have been lured out of the residence under the pretense of someone wanting to purchase his vehicle. While the victim and the suspect were outside several gunshots were heard and the victim was found collapsed on the sidewalk outside the residence.
Detectives from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the help of the public.
