Deputies would like the public’s help in identifying a man who was seen taking pictures or recording video under girls’ skirts in a Best Buy store.
The video voyeur walked into the Best Buy located on 8530 South Orange Blossom Trail on September 18, around 9:00 a.m, deputies said.
The man was seen on surveillance video, at first walking around the Best Buy, appearing to look for victims. Â Next, in two separate incidents, he placed his cell phone up the skirts of girls under the age of 10 years, taking pictures or recording video, deputies also said.
