Man sought for Misty Oaks apartment fire that killed three

Orange County deputies are searching for a man who they say, intentionally set fire to an apartment which led to the deaths of an adult woman and two children.

On Wednesday, an arrest warrant was issued for LaRunne Richardson, 37, on three counts of first degree murder.

Investigators say, Richardson intentionally set fire to an apartment at the Misty Oaks Apartment complex located in the 6000 block of River Oaks Drive, on Orange County’s west side.

Carlanns Fils-Aime, 29, and two minor children, Jacque Gustave, 8, and Samuel Gustave, 6, perished in the fire.

Richardson first alerted the Fire Department to the blaze around 3:00 a.m. on March 12, 2014, and initially cooperated with the investigation.

Investigators believe Richardson is in the Jacksonville area.
