A black man was shot multiple times during an armed robbery at W. Church Street and South Texas Avenue, earlier today, April 26th, Orange County Sheriff’s deputies said.
According to OCSO:
On April 26, 2010 at approximately 8:44 AM, the Orange Sheriff’s Office Communication Center received a 9-1-1 call in reference to aggravated battery via shooting. Deputies responded to the scene and found a 38 year old black male on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim told deputies the suspect pointed a gun and demanded money.
The suspect wounded the victim then fled the scene.
The victim was transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment; he is believed to be in stable condition.
